An oft-overlooked side effect of this pandemic and our never-ending twilight of Zoom calls seems to be a dissolution of mentor-mentee relationships. Just last week, I was going about my day, materializing in one meeting, then another, when in that 45-second window before more folks joined, I found myself with a colleague I’d worked alongside at a previous company.
