Chicago’s Cloud Gate, better known as The Bean, is as iconic an image of the city as they come. Since its installation in 2006, it has graced all manner of social (and other) media, with its backdrop of the Windy City’s skyline. Now its creator, Anish Kapoor, is suing the NRA for using the famous sculpture’s likeness in an ad.

In a federal lawsuit, Kapoor alleged the NRA violated his copyright by using an image of the structure in the PSA-style ad “The Clenched Fist of Truth,” which decries how the left is brainwashing the nation’s youth and generally destroying our freedoms.
