A church in southeast Michigan is the latest to try some un-churchlike advertising, rolling out a campaign with the theme, "NorthRidge is for liars." That's good news for liars in the area, but losers and hypocrites can rejoice also, as individual ads target them, too. Senior pastor Brad Powell explains the thinking: "The fact that a church is open to flawed individuals is an attractive truth.  It's a truth that allows ALL of us to be part of a church—not because we're perfect or 'better-than-thou'—but simply because we want to follow Christ."
