I must say, this advisory from the Belgium-based International Trade Union Confederation is the funniest anti-child-labor ad I've ever seen. That probably wasn't the effect they were going for, but since the kid seems more inconvenienced than pained by his work as a jackhammer, the tragedy of the situation is lost a bit. Plus, he's wearing a helmet, and the other guy's doing all the work. Showing a child stitching wallets in a sweatshop might have tugged at the heartstrings more effectively.
