Cartoon Network is using its vast platform to teach children the significance of Juneteenth.

On Wednesday, the cable network released the next installment of its educational Drawn To series, Drawn To Juneteenth. Across three short films, young viewers can observe the different ways that Black communities celebrate the emancipation of enslaved people in the U.S.

One video features Ms. Opal Lee, a historian and the oldest living board member of the National Juneteenth Observance Foundation.
