Andrew Dobbie, 25, of JWT Manchester and Rachel Wolak, 28, of Crispin Porter + Bogusky have been named the winners of the 48 Hour YouTube Cannes Young Lions Ad Contest. The challenge was to create a spot for WaterAid, which works to bring safe water and sanitation to the world's poorest communities.
