Before-and-after photos are a staple of weight-loss advertising. Now, a health clinic in Estonia has taken it a step further, hiring look-alike "Before" and "After" models—one significantly slimmer than the other—to hand out fliers about its weight-loss program at events. It seems pretty uncool, though the "Before" model seems fine with it. Still, it can't be fun to represent a body type that your employer has a vested interest in condemning as ugly.
