Here’s another goofy PSA, dredged up from the bizarroverse that was 1970s England, with a cameo by one of the guys who played Doctor Who. It’s one of those “Look both ways before crossing the street” advisories that for some reason ends up with the acronym “SPLINK,” which is then awkwardly thrown out there as a catchphrase by the narrator, who looks like he should be teaching at Hogwarts. Frankly, SPLINK sounds like something affiliated with Harry Potter.
