Ad for skateboarding parts gets bloody gory

Here’s a pretty fantastic visual created to promote Blood Orange Bushings, a small skateboard component being manufactured by Caliber Truck Co. (Bushings are what allow skateboards to bend from side to side—they’re small, flexible grommets in the “truck” section of the board, which connects the wheels to the deck.) The California-based company debuted the image on its Facebook page yesterday (you can see the larger image there), calling it a “first take on our ad campaign.”
