The quality of AI art is often determined by the creativity of the text prompts used to produce it. Absolut and Ogilvy Canada looped Canadian bartenders into the process, asking them for the qualities that make their neighborhoods special and then turning concepts like “creativity” and “vintage” into ingredients for AI-generated cocktails.

The rise of AI “presented a unique opportunity to adopt a new approach to mixing up cocktails,” said Caroline Begley, vp of marketing at Corby Spirit and Wine, which represents Absolut in Canada.
