It was certainly a year of uncertainty, leaving marketers with an ever-evolving list of obstacles to navigate. Once the Covid-19 pandemic began to hit in the spring, all the realities of business life and consumer behavior were upended, while sensitivity and empathy became more vital than ever.
So which brands and agencies navigated the unpredictable and choppy waters of 2020 best?
As we at Adweek prepare our list of the year’s best ads, we’re curious to hear what readers like you would pick as the year’s best marketing moves.
To bring a little structure (and perhaps some well-deserved fun) to the process, we’ve created a bracketed tournament in which your votes over the coming weeks will determine which ads, campaigns, stunts or savvy social responses deserve to advance to the final rounds—with one to rule them all.

Please note: Winners are determined by the total votes on Adweek’s Twitter and Instagram polls, so while a Twitter poll might show a campaign as a winner, the final vote count once Instagram is included could tilt the win toward the other contender.
