USA Extends Deal for WWE's NXT, Continuing Live Sports Push

The weekly live wrestling show moves to Tuesday nights

As USA Network prepares to expand its live sports programming slate, it has locked in one of its key franchises for several more years.

USA and WWE have reached a multi-year extension for popular wrestling show NXT, which first began airing on the cable network in September 2019.

Under the renewal deal, the two-hour live program will move from Wednesday to Tuesday on April 13. This will give USA two consecutive days of wrestling programming each week, following Monday Night Raw.
