Universal Pictures is adding mystery to a night already known for its unknown outcome with a trailer for the film Nope, the newest horror movie from writer and director Jordan Peele.

The trailer starts on a light-hearted note with stars Keke Palmer and Daniel Kaluuya—who was nominated for an Oscar for Peele’s 2017 film Get Out—touting their Hollywood horse training business. Suddenly, darkness befalls the ranch and a UFO-like object appears, sending the animals and their keepers into a nightmare-like scenario.
