Thursday Night Football Will Move a Year Early From Fox to Amazon Prime Video

The 11-year deal will bring all games to subscribers through 2032

Amazon’s history-making deal with the NFL to bring Thursday Night Football exclusively to the streaming service is coming a year earlier than expected. The streaming service will become the exclusive home to all of those Thursday night games—most of which currently air on Fox—beginning next fall with the 2022 season instead of 2023.

Top line

The deal, announced on Monday shortly before Amazon’s debut NewFronts appearance, will mean that Amazon Prime Video has locked down the rights to Thursday Night Football for the next 11 years.
