Ad-supported streaming service Sony Crackle has ordered The Oath, a drama executive produced by 50 Cent and created by Joe Halpin, for a second season, the company announced today at its upfront presentation.
It’s the most-watched original show for the network and has the highest retention rating, episode to episode, of any original programming at Sony Crackle, the company said.
“Our audience has truly responded to this authentic, raw and compelling series,” Eric Berger, chief digital officer at Sony Pictures Television Networks and general manager at Sony Crackle, said in a statement.
