Schitt's Creek Partnered With a Yarn Brand So You Can Make Your Own David Rose Sweaters

Partnership with craft brand keeps the show's looks going

Industrious fans of Schitt’s Creek have been cobbling together their own versions of the characters’ memorable outfits since the beloved series debuted in 2015.

Soon they’ll have help in the form of officially licensed patterns and supplies from Lion Brand Yarn Company. It’s still a DIY undertaking, but it comes with instructions—and yes, of course, David Rose’s scene-stealing sweaters are part of the package.

The New Jersey-based craft brand has inked a licensing deal with ITV Studios, global distributor of the Emmy-winning series, for a product line to be released late this year.

The partners said they found plenty of common thread, so to speak, with the fifth-generation family-owned Lion Brand drawn in by the series’ “striking knitwear and warm-hearted themes,” according to Chris Mills, president and CEO.
