Roku and Google have finally settled their months-long disagreement, coming to a long-term carriage deal for both YouTube and YouTube TV on the connected TV platform.

The companies, whose stalemate threatened to shake up the connected TV landscape, reached the deal just a day before the previous deal for the YouTube app expired on Dec. 9. YouTube TV has been off the platform since April after the two sides failed to reach a carriage renewal.
