Amazon-owned streaming service Prime Video has tapped an entertainment industry veteran to head up its growing international streaming business.

Kelly Day, a longtime ViacomCBS executive who most recently led the company’s international streaming services arm, will join Prime Video in January, the company said today. She will take up the role of vp, Prime Video International, where she will oversee the company’s international streaming division, a role that will include developing local content strategies as well as managing Prime Video’s subscription, transactional and channel-based offerings in various global territories.
