Cable news and late-night shows alike were dominated by a singular topic the last four years: then-President Trump. Now that he’s no longer in office, The Daily Show With Trevor Noah is finally able to explore topics other than the former president.

At the annual South by Southwest (SXSW) festival and conference, held virtually this year, correspondents from Comedy Central’s late-night show said they welcome the opportunity to figure out comedy in a post-Trump era.
