Unusually, a majority of the photos highlighting the executive team of pocket.watch, a kids’ programming brand launched this spring with $6 million in funding, look like this.

What’s more, in the case of employees who do not have children, pets are often highlighted alongside them in the photos instead. For example, pocket.watch’s director of corporate strategy Beau Carucci is pictured with his dog Clancy, whom he and his wife “love like a son.”
