Jo Ann Ross, Paramount’s president and chief advertising revenue officer, U.S. advertising sales, joined Adweek’s Convergent TV Summit for an upfront preview to discuss how Paramount (formerly ViacomCBS) is preparing for this year’s digital advertising marketplace, the merge of combined companies, and plans for the rapidly-growing Paramount+ streaming service as they market their programming directly to consumers.
The return of the in-person upfront
May 18 will mark Paramount’s first in-person upfront since 2019 and the first in-person upfront since the Viacom-CBS merger.
