Advanced advertising company OpenAP teamed up with data cloud company Snowflake for a cross-platform and cross-publisher clean room, the platform announced today at Cannes Lions.

OpenAP Data Hub will let television publishers access data in privacy compliant environments to power more effective audiences when it comes to measurement and targeting.

NBCUniversal, Fox, Warner Bros. Discovery and Paramount will be the first publishers to participate. OpenAP is jointly-owned by the four media companies, with Discovery signing on as a minority owner earlier this year.
