Leonardo DiCaprio, Hugh Jackman and the slime-slathered Jonas Brothers helped draw the single largest audience in the 20-year history of Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards, as some 7.7 million viewers tuned in Saturday night.

According to Nielsen live-plus-same-day ratings data, the 2009 KCA shattered all of the previous ratings records for the annual event, serving up 3.8 million kids 2-11, 3 million kids 6-11 and 2.9 million ‘tweens 9-14.

Hosted by Dwayne Johnson, the KCA featured appearances by the Jonas Brothers, who were given the biggest sliming of the night as the winners of Favorite Music Group, Miley Cyrus and Will Farrell.
