NBCUniversal and Salesforce are expanding their partnership. NBCU’s advertising and partnerships division is working even closer with the CRM giant as it looks to build out its team structure since announcing its One Platform offering in January.

Under the new agreement, NBCU will start using several Salesforce organizational tools, including Quip, Inbox and Chatter, to increase productivity. The company will activate Datorama as a backend solution to help manage data.

Salesforce’s artificial intelligence tool, Einstein, will provide more marketplace insight.
