A new professional football league is on the way in 2022—the USFL—and NBC Sports has struck a deal to air its regular and postseason games beginning next April.

NBC Sports is set to present 21 USFL games across NBC (which will have eight games), USA Network (nine games) and streamer Peacock (four games).
The USFL’s other broadcast partner, Fox Sports, will carry 22 USFL games split between Fox (12) and FS1 (10).
Between the lines
Between the two media partners, the USFL will have more national over-the-air broadcast windows (20) than any regularly scheduled sport in the first half of 2022.
