History Channel revitalizer Nancy Dubuc continues her ascent up the food chain at A+E Networks, this time to the presidency of the group. She will be both president and CEO, and current topper Abbe Raven will advance to the newly created position of chairman.

The company characterized the changes as assigning the day-to-day running of the A+E family—A&E, History, Lifetime, Bio and their smaller siblings—to Dubuc, with Raven focusing on "long-term revenue opportunities, as well as public policy initiatives," according to a statement.
