Long-time programming executive Henry Schleiff is set to retire from his role as group president for Investigation Discovery, Travel Channel, American Heroes Channel and Destination America at the end of this year.
Top line
Schleiff has spent more than 40 years in the cable business, and has served as group president since 2015. With his departure, Howard Lee, president and general manager of TLC, will add Travel Channel to his purview.
ID general manager Kevin Bennett, who is also evp of programing for Travel and ID, is also departing from Discovery Inc.
