The Grammys Move to April 3 on CBS and Paramount+ After Omicron Postponement

The event takes the place of the CMT Awards, which will shift to later in April

The 64th Grammys have a new date after the ceremony’s omicron-related postponement earlier this month. The annual awards show will be broadcast live on CBS and Paramount+ from Las Vegas on April 3 at 8 p.m.

For the second year in a row, the Recording Academy and CBS were forced to postpone the Grammy Awards ceremony due to a surge in Covid-19 cases.

The ceremony, hosted by The Daily Show’s Trevor Noah, was originally set to take place on Jan.
