As markets plunged again Thursday, some Wall Street experts were telling about 400 television executives that they are bullish on the entertainment industry.

Overall markets fell to lows not seen in a decade, and The Hollywood Reporter Showbiz 50 sunk to its lowest level since its creation nearly three years ago.

Some radio stocks slipped almost 30 percent on Thursday. Sirius XM fell to its all-time low of just 14 cents a share. Television was similarly battered, with CBS sinking 16 percent to a historic low of $4.51
