To handle sales for ESPN Radio’s owned stations in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas and Pittsburgh, the radio network named Greg Sunkel Tuesday (Feb. 13) to the newly created position of director of national sales. He was most recently national sales manager for WMVP-AM, ESPN Radio’s station in Chicago, where he’ll continue to be based.
In his new position, Sunkel will work with the national sales managers at the five owned stations and with ABC Regional Sports and Entertainment Sales to develop integrated marketing opportunities for advertisers.
