Adweek’s Creator Visionary of the Year on breaking all the rules—from TV to social media

Drew Barrymore is on the floor. It’s a weekday afternoon in her Manhattan apartment, and the Emmy-winning actress, producer, writer and entrepreneur—who is also Adweek’s Creator Visionary of the Year—has eschewed her sofas in favor of the carpet.
