Arbitron shifted responsibility for its newly created cross-platform division to Sean Creamer, evp of finance and planning and chief financial officer. The announcement made Thursday (April 22) during the company’s first-quarter earnings call, comes three months after Bill Kerr took over as president and CEO of the ratings firm.
