CBS Television Distribution has renewed three-year-old Emmy winning daytime talker The Rachael Ray Show for another three years, taking it through the 2011-12 season. Multiseason renewals to date, including a two-season pickup by the ABC-owned television stations, represents approximately 60 percent of the country.

“Our client stations have recognized the quality of Rachael Ray, along with its terrific entertainment value, and consider it a key part of their daytime lineups,” said Joe DiSalvo, president of sales for CBS Television Distribution.
