More than six years after he left The Daily Show, Jon Stewart is coming back to television.

Apple TV+ set a Sept. 30 global premiere date for the current affairs TV show The Problem With Jon Stewart.
Between the lines
Following the premiere, new episodes will air every other week. Apple also will debut an official podcast for the series that same day, with new episodes launching every week.
In a release, Apple said Stewart will be “in discussion with the people who are impacted by the issue—as well as those who have a hand in creating the impact.
