After waiting longer than usual to set their fall plans, broadcast networks are finally starting to lock in their premiere dates for the upcoming season.

ABC is the latest broadcaster to announce its fall premiere dates for its new lineup, which the network unveiled in May. The official fall season will start on Sept. 20 beginning with the 30th season of Dancing with the Stars, which will air beginning at 8 p.m. ET.

But the network is holding the season premiere of medical drama The Good Doctor until a week later, Sept.
