The 93rd Academy Awards broadcast isn’t taking home any ratings prizes, becoming the latest awards show this year to lose more than half its audience during the pandemic.

ABC’s Sunday night telecast of the annual awards show, which was postponed two months later than originally scheduled due to Covid-19, drew 9.85 million total viewers and a 1.9 rating in the key adults 18-49 demo, according to early figures from Nielsen Monday. Update: in Nielsen’s final numbers, released Tuesday morning, the telecast averaged 10.5
