Cultural influences such as K-pop are increasing the appeal of men’s cosmetics

Apparel retailer Urban Outfitters is partnering with Hims & Hers to offer its customers products and services from the health and wellness platform in the coming months.

Among the products they will offer are men’s cosmetics, namely Hims’ The Blur Stick concealer, which will be a first for the historically mall-based retailer.

The response to attempts to sell makeup to men has been uneven at best in the U.S., especially compared to countries such as South Korea.
