Reaffirming its policy of creating “Random Acts of Kindness” for customers, the U.K.-based international coffee chain Pret a Manger is aiming to drive more regularity from consumers as it trials its first loyalty program with rewards that range from cookies, coffee and even free popcorn.
From Nov. 30, “Pret Perks” will start beta testing beginning with Pret Coffee Subscribers as the first to access the offer, earning a star for each transaction or subscription renewal. Once they have collected 10 stars, they will be able to redeem them for a reward.
