Miller Lite's Super Bowl Ad Will Air Exclusively in the Metaverse

With AB-InBev dominating the airwaves through its long-held exclusive rights to advertise alcohol in the Super Bowl, Miller Lite will take to the metaverse this year for its own Big Game party.

The Molson Coors-owned brand will host what it calls an “authentic, communal bar experience” during the Big Game inside the virtual world-building platform Decentraland, where it will debut a new ad it created for the occasion. While company reps won’t say much about what the virtual watering hole will entail, promotion for the event promises several ways for users to engage within the experience and giveaways for certain visitors.
