Gap Taps Walmart to Sell Its First Line of Home Goods

The American fashion brand's first foray into home goods is online only for now

Walmart will carry an exclusive online-only collection of home goods from clothing retailer Gap, the retail giant announced.

The new brand, Gap Home, is the American fashion brand’s first foray into home goods. The line, which will drop June 24 on Walmart.com, includes 400 home décor, tabletop, bedding and bath items that range in price from $15.88 for a pillow to $64.98 for a comforter set.

Additional Gap Home collections will be released throughout the year and will be developed in partnership with Gap’s licensing agency, IMG.

Between the lines

Walmart said Gap Home embodies “the brand’s optimistic, modern American style that bridges the gaps between individuals, generations and cultures.”
