Big Lots Invites Shoppers to Feel Like a "BIGionaire"

The discount retailer worked with creative agency Tombras on the new campaign

Discount retailer Big Lots unveiled a new brand campaign today that invites consumers to “Be A BIGionaire.”

It’s a new tagline that touts how hunting for the banner’s bargains makes customers “feel like a million bucks.”

The brand campaign television spots launched in select markets on April 24 and will be rolled out nationally ahead of the annual Memorial Day sale at Big Lots.

“Our intent is to increase brand consideration and drive the customer trial. We believe we have the right formula that can appeal to many folks in the United States,” Joice Wirkus, Big Lots’ svp of marketing, told Adweek.
