Barbie Is Hosting Her Very First Shoppable Dream Livestream with Walmart

Mattel is promoting feminist dolls for Women's History Month

In her 63 years, Barbie has had a Dreamhouse, a Dream car (which was technically a Dream Corvette), a Dream Camper and a Dreamplane. Now, she’s getting her very own dream livestream.

While not actually the name of the broadcast, the Mattel-owned toy brand is teaming up with livestream platform Talkshoplive to “[pay] homage to Women’s History Month” with a live show that will kick off March 17 at 7 p.m. EST.

It will showcase two collections: Barbie’s Inspiring Women Series, which “pays tribute to incredible heroines of their time” via 10 dolls including Maya Angelou, Ida B.
