Zoom Media Corp. continues to grow its digital out-of-home portfolio in fitness venues, announcing Tuesday (Nov. 3) it had acquired Gym Screen Media (Gym TV), a 160 venue digital channel in high-end fitness centers in the U.K.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

By acquiring its top competitor in the U.K., Zoom expands its footprint in the health and fitness space to more than 650 venues in the U.K. and more than 2,200 worldwide.

Since Zoom acquired ClubCom in 2008, the company has been steadily building up its health and fitness network, creating Bally TV for Bally Total Fitness and purchasing the Wellness Health Education Network.
