Zack Joins IAG

IAG, the TV ad effectiveness ratings company, has hired Barbara Zack as managing director and chief strategic officer. Zack will oversee the development of IAG’s research and data products, and play an integral role in working with the New York company’s clients to optimize the impact and ROI of their TV campaigns. Before joining IAG, she was executive vice president and director of communication insights at PHD USA. In that role, she led media research and supported the strategic planning and buying efforts of PHD’s seven U.S. offices. PHD’s clients include DaimlerChrysler, Gap, Enterprise Rent-a-Car and Discovery Networks. Prior to PHD, Zack was corporate research director at G+J USA. She also has worked at Total Research, Time Warner’s Six Flags Theme Parks and Maritz Marketing Research.
