The Y&R Cos. in Irvine, Calif., has promoted Sandra Luciano to senior vice president, group creative director on Mattel. Luciano joined Y&R in 2000 as a senior copywriter on the Lincoln Mercury Dealer Association business. Later that year she led creative efforts for multiple Mattel projects. She was promoted to associate creative director in 2001 and was most recently vice president, group creative director.
