Young & Laramore Creating TV Ads for Monsoon Speakers

Young & Laramore is expanding its print campaign for Monsoon car speakers to television, according to agency officials.

The work, which is expected to break in April, will have the same theme and feel established in the agency’s print work, said Carolyn Hadlock, the Indianapolis shop’s creative director.

The campaign reminds drivers how the car speaker system lightens time behind the wheel, with the theme, “Drive drenched in sound.”

One print execution reads “Defusing road rage 3:47 at a time.” The time is on a CD digital display. Another reads, “For the next 4:02 your dashboard is a drum kit.”

The print work, which broke last month, currently appears in automotive magazines.
