Onetime boutique Young & Laramore’s efforts to evolve into a full-service ad agency have led to the promotion of account services director Tom Denari into the top tier of management.
Denari, 36, a 10-year veteran of the Indianapolis agency, has been named executive vice president, director of client services and strategic marketing.
Young & Laramore, which started out as a creative boutique, has been working to bolster its account service and media operations, and Denari’s appointment is a “milestone” in the reorganization, said agency president Paul Knapp.
