NEW YORK Yahoo has signed on to sponsor Clio’s Innovative Media Awards, a three-year-old program that recognizes work that uses a medium in a unique or highly creative way to enhance an idea. The program considers unusual outdoor or ambient media and stunts or staged events designed to create buzz and enhance a brand.

Yahoo chief sales officer Wenda Harris Millard will present the Innovative Media awards at a ceremony in Miami Beach during Clio Festival week (the week of May 19).
