SUNNYVALE, Calif. — Yahoo! Inc. signed a premium content agreement with Consumers Union, the nonprofit publisher of Consumer Reports magazine and ConsumerReports.org, to distribute Consumer Reports product ratings and buying guides on the Yahoo! network.

As a part of the deal, Yahoo (YHOO) will receive an undisclosed share of revenue from sales of pay-per-view Consumer Reports content on its Web site.

The Santa Clara, Calif., Internet portal concern plans to integrate free buying guides and premium pay-per-view product ratings from Consumer Reports into Yahoo! Shopping.
