NEW YORK Yahoo has named Cammie Dunaway chief marketing officer, the company said today.
She fills the post vacated by John Costello, who left last October after a one-year stint to become executive vice president and CMO at Home Depot in Atlanta.
In the post, Dunaway will oversee the Web portal’s global branding efforts and various marketing initiatives, including product planning, positioning and execution of customer acquisition and retention strategies for the company’s premium and subscriptions services.
